A discussion of the physical print and the foundational setup of your fine art series. What happens after you have created a fine art series? How do you build and maintain value in these physical prints?

In this Q and A panel event, we will discuss the steps that an artist needs to take to make their collection of work ready to show and sell. We will focus mainly on questions that arise with determining your editions and the physical print; the archivability and preservation of the print for years to come.

Moderator, Mallory Morrison, is a fine art photographer who is a relative newcomer to the fine art world. Using her own career and those of other emerging artists as a reference, she will be bringing questions to the panel that will hopefully offer those just entering this arena, a solid starting point and hopefully allow them to avoid many of the common pitfalls and expensive mistakes that a lot of us experience.

We will have fine artist photographer Susan Burnstine, Creative Consultant/Independent Curator Debra Weiss, gallerist Paul Kopeikin of the Kopeikin Gallery and Chris McElrath, owner of Contact Photo Lab on our panel to discuss these issues.
