About the Speakers
Joe Lombardo, a representative with 10+ years of experience and based in NYC, has a diverse background in both the commercial advertising and fashion worlds. When asked about the partnership with Erica Chadwick, Founder of ETC Creative, Lombardo states, "The move to develop a hybrid photography and video agency is strategic. Erica and I have known each other for years and have even shared photographers on our rosters successfully. It was the right time to merge our skill-sets. I look forward to developing this talent roster, expanding our client base and lending my creative resources to build a photography and motion hybrid agency in ETC Creative. The future is only limited to what we dream is possible."
Amy Fitzgibbons heads up the marketing team and oversees all things focused on growing the number of PhotoShelter members and keeping them happy. She brings over 12 years' marketing experience with a unique combination of roles ranging from political consultant to Peace Corps Volunteer to digital marketing director at American Express and head of marketing at an email and online recommendations tech startup. Amy joins a few other fellow Wolverines at PhotoShelter with her MBA from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) and keeps busy absorbing shooting tips from those on the team who know much more about photography than she does.
Monte Isom is a highly sought after commercial photographer specializing in photographing athletes and movie posters. Based out of NYC, Isom has been capturing images for mega brands like HBO, Sony, Gatorade, Nike, Adidas, New Balance, and Visa for over 15 years. Monte’s schedule keeps him shooting full time, but he makes time for his joy of teaching. He’s led seminars at Photo Expo East, The Hallmark Institute of Photography, Miami Ad School, San Francisco Art Institute and at Apple stores.
Karen D'Silva is one of today's most influential creatives. She has made a career out of deciphering the commercial photogarphy industry, starting in the stock world as an Editor, Art Director, and finallly Creative Director for Photonica. Today, Karen brings her unique talents to Agency Access as a Consultant and lecturer.
