For the last twelve years I have been a photographer's advocate in the courts, in the halls of Congress, and in the US Copyright Office. I have worked to build consensus amongst trade associations and have particpated in events at the Kernochan Center at Columbia University , The Berkeley Center for Law and Technology, the USPTO and the IPTC. I would like to continue the good work I have begun.
