Jared Windmüller was born in 1973, in Joinville (Santa Catarina - Brazil) and studied Photography at Idep (Escola Superior d’Imatge i Disseny) in Barcelona, Spain. In 2001, at the beginning of the transition from analog to digital photography, he moved to Japan, where he lived for six years. There, Jared set up a studio where he produced portraits and publicity photos for large companies like EPSON. In 2007 he returns to Brazil where he was speaker for for majors photography conferences and main printing and imagery Fairs all over the country. He had his work recognized by key companies in his field such Canon and Hahnemühle. Jared Windmüller inaugurated in 2015 his own fine art gallery in Jurerê International, Florianópolis where he was exposing a collection of fine art photography which are composed of landscape and abstract photography. His work has been published in the many significant Brazilian newspapers and magazines such Folha de S.P. Estadão, Diário Catarinense, Revista Nova, Manequim, Photos & Images. In 2016 he moved to US and currently lives in Clearfield, Utah with her wife and son.
