Meet Atlanta Member Ashley Camper

Join us for a week as we get to know APA Atlanta member and photographer Ashley Camper through a midweek Virtual Presentation of her work on Thursday, April 27th from 12:00pm - 1:00 pm EST. This is a free online event to all current and future members or students.

Ashley Camper combines her down-to-earth Midwestern roots with a well-travelled eye. After receiving her Photojournalism degree, she spent time in Minneapolis, Maui and London cultivating her unique photo and design aesthetic. Influential assignments include: A 2010 internship with Nick Onken in NYC; assistant to Emily Nathan of Tiny Atlas Quarterly; and becoming the Hawaii contributor for Kinfolk magazine. In 2015, she was nominated for PDN's 30 Emerging Photographers. She continues to travel extensively; telling her visually-rich stories with her signature use of light.
