Kim is a commercial and editorial photographer living in the San Francisco bay area. She provides photography services to large corporations, film and television studios, and editorial clients. Her photographic career began as a news photographer for Reuters in Latin America and the Caribbean where she lived for over 15 years. She photographed events ranging from civil war and international politics to sports and lifestyle features. Kim returned home to San Francisco in 2004 bringing her passion for storytelling and eye for detail to her clients to help produce creative and original imagery. Her years abroad and in the U.S., working under a variety of conditions, has enabled her to think creatively on her feet and easily collaborate with a wide range of clients and subject matter in fast-paced high pressure environments. In her free time, Kim loves competing in San Francisco bay regattas with her sailing team and skiing and hiking in the Tahoe mountains.
