Elaine Suzanne Miller is a portrait photographer based in Chicago, IL. She approaches each photography session as a unique collaboration between photographer and subject. Her hope is to make each individual feel seen and celebrated through her lens. Elaine’s personal work explores the themes of death, transience, memory, preservation, and both the frailty and resilience of the human spirit through challenging experiences. In 2018 she started an extensive project on the Mormon religion titled, Modern Day Revelations. She graduated with a B.F.A. from Indiana University in 2011.
