American Photographic Artists National
Pro Type: Photographer
Hi, I’m Bridget! I am a fifth generation San Diegan, and a professional architectural photographer with a BFA in Photography from the Academy of Art University, San Francisco. I have eighteen years of experience in photography, seventeen years of experience using Photoshop, and have my FAA Part 107 drone license. My path as a photographer has taken me from pet portraits to products and headshots, before falling in love with architectural and landscape photography. I spent over two years as a full-time photographer for one of the world’s biggest tech companies for property management software, where I was the second top-ranking photographer in the company nationwide. My favorite part of this role was being flown around the United States to photograph and do 3D walkthroughs of luxury high-rise apartments with modern amenities. Currently, I hold the position of Photography Manager at a global corporation headquartered in San Diego County. I work with product managers and domestic and international marketing departments on product launches, catalog photography, advertising, trade show displays, corporate headshots, events, architectural twilight photos of products on location, teaching photography workshops, doing commercial shoots with models on location, hiring contracted photographers across the globe, and more. I am a self-published author and travel writer, having explored twenty-three countries, including riding a flea market bike from Vienna to Budapest, hiking 300 miles on an attempted thru-hike of the Pacific Crest Trail, sailing from San Diego to San Jose del Cabo, and hiking the Trans Catalina Trail five times.
