I am a Brooklyn based visual storyteller with a flair for the nostalgic. My work explores the roles that overlooked and sometimes outdated institutions and people play in our history, culture and democracy. Over the years I’ve worked in variety of logistically challenging situations on national and international assignments in my 15 years as a staff newspaper photographer for The Christian Science Monitor and other regional news outlets.
