Malak is a professional photographer based in the Bay Area. She has worked as a fashion photographer both independently and for companies. Her passion for photography was born out of her desire to cherish special moments while traveling across the globe. Malak loves to capture people's beauty and help them appreciate their uniqueness through a novel artistic perspective. Her art is heavily inspired by her roots in Tunisia; a sense of belonging that has pushed her to commit to working alongside other African, Arab and other BIPOC artists. This commitment has crystallized into such initiatives as the Najat Collective that she helped co-create and which focuses on promoting the works of local BIPOC artists.
