Hadley Gustafson is a versatile Los Angeles-based creative professional specializing in Audio/Video Creation and Editing, especially BTS (behind-the-scenes)/Set Photography and videography/Unit Photography and videography; Motion Graphics Design; Art Direction; and Web and Graphic Design.

Her journey in multimedia began with an M.A. in Multimedia Documentary Filmmaking from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Journalism, where she earned a full scholarship. At UNC, Hadley demonstrated her leadership skills by heading the design team and crafting motion graphics for the major-award-winning "Coal, A Love Story" environmental justice project. Additionally, she contributed to the feature-length documentary "Las Abuelas de la Plaza de Mayo" by Dr. Charlie Tuggle, showcasing her expertise in camera work, grant-writing, asset management, and more.

Since 2010, Hadley has been dedicated to producing impactful short documentaries focusing on Public Health, Human Rights, and Social/Environmental Justice. Her collaboration with the North Carolina Harm Reduction Coalition led to significant legislative changes, saving thousands of lives from opiate overdose mortality.

Beyond her documentary work, Hadley excels in fine art, event, and street photography. Her photography has received awards and has been featured in magazines and galleries.
